Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours without charge if the product has not been shipped by contacting customer service after checking the product shipping status.

If the customer requests a cancellation after shipping, the purchase amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping amount and deducting it from the original amount paid.

Technical Expert Trading Company has the right to cancel the customer’s order and the customer will bear the shipping costs if one of the following conditions is met:

(1) Failure to pay the value of purchases when due,

(2) your failure to provide us with the information required to deliver the Products to you, or if the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, the contact information is incorrect, or the customer is unable to be reached in accordance with the shipping and delivery policy.
